2. Subscription
S4W URL Shortener may require you to subscribe to access some of the paid features. All the subscription prices for our pricing plans are shown in U.S. dollars (except where otherwise noted). Paid services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on the first day of your recurring subscription ("Billing Cycle"). The billing cycle might be set either on a monthly, annual, or custom number of months, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when subscribing to the service.
Your subscriptions will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or S4W URL Shortener cancels it based on the Anti-Spam Policy (policy link is available in the footer of the website) or for any other reason. You can request to cancel your subscription at any time. There will be no cancelation fee.
Subscription requires a valid payment method such as PayPal, Credit Card or Bank account. We do not store any of your payment information.
In case of automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, S4W URL Shortener will contact you by email and will send you to invoice that you can pay manually, with the full payment as indicated on the invoice.
3. User Accounts and Account Security
You may need to create an account with S4W URL Shortner to access some or all of the services and features. If you register for an account, it's your responsibility to provide the accurate account information, which includes your first name, last name, your email address, timezone, and password. We will contact you in case of additional information requirements. Incomplete or inaccurate information may result in the immediate termination of your account and your account associated data might be deleted with or without prior notification.
In case of sharing your account credentials with someone, you will be responsible for any and all activities or actions that occur under your S4W URL Shortner account.
